Mary Barlett was born and raised in Wichita, KS. She graduated from WSU in 2014 with Bachelor degrees of Fine Art in English and Psychology, with a minor in Creative Writing. She has worked with the J. Bias Real Estate Group since 2014 as the Executive Assistant to Judy Bias, and became a licensed Realtor in 2015. In 2019 she was promoted from Executive Assistant to Executive Coordinator, to Director of Operations, not only helping Judy, but helping everyone in the J.Bias Real Estate Group and managing the office. Her hard work and dedication play a key role in the success of the inner workings of the group. Her organizational skills and attention to detail keep everyone on task and aid in the preparation of the days work. She is a fast learner and has been able to gain a vast amount of real estate knowledge in the years she's been in the business. She uses her creativity and passion for writing and interior design to help market new homes, as well as old, by writing catchy listings, staging homes, and helping with new build selections.
